It’s a rocky time for clients and we want to take care of them emotionally as well as financially.
You read and listen to what your analysts are saying. You review your client’s portfolio before placing the call. You think about what you are going to say. Then, you think about what you are going to say and you think some more about what you are going to say. Why is it so often difficult to persuade clients to do what is truly in their best interest?
