ATO Hurricane Helene Resources
This year's Association of Trust Organizations meeting is more than just a gathering of industry minds - it's a chance to give back.
The Asheville community was deeply impacted by Hurricane Helene. In response, Cannon is featuring drinks from a local beverage company at our booth and encouraging attendees to participate in a resiliency reflection activity. We'll also be distributing stickers at a later time to celebrate and reflect on the resiliency of western North Carolina.
These aren't just conference giveaways they're meaningful ways to support local businesses and reflect on resilience together. We invite you to continue supporting the recovery efforts in Asheville, whether by donating to the two incredible organizations we’ve partnered with below, or by contributing to other groups making a difference in disaster relief and community rebuilding.

All proceeds from these items are being donated to two organizations making a real difference:
- NCCF Disaster Relief Fund
The stickers (below) from House of Swank in Raleigh, North Carolina support a Hurricane Helene recovery fund that has raised over $30 million for western North Carolina. The fund provides grants to nonprofits and government entities addressing unmet needs and building community resilience, awarding millions to help communities rebuild. - Devil's Foot Beverage Company
Located in Asheville, North Carolina, Devil's Foot collaborated with NoDaBrewing to create 'Stronger Through Water', a blackberry sparkling water to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Helene, honoring NoDa's heroic effort to deliver 16,000 gallons of clean drinking water to devastated Asheville when it was desperately needed. We have purchased an assortment of cans from this company because supporting businesses means backing companies that prioritize community over profit - they turned crisis into collaboration, using their resources for immediate disaster relief and ongoing recovery support.
'Stronger Together' Chai Tea and Lemon (below) - Brewed in collaboration with our good buds at Asheville Tea Company, who lost their entire facility to flooding, and with artwork by the ever-talented Snow in July Designs, this flavor raises money to give back to the communities that have supported us for so long. As a fundraising campaign for Hurricane Relief, designer Leigh Ann Cairns of Snow in July Designs has raised over $35,000 for Hurricane Relief in WNC.
