About This Course

In an era of technological advances and digital footprints, many people lack a full understanding of user-based software agreements, beneficiary controls, as well as Federal and State laws. Often these digital assets are not monetary in nature, but rather an accumulation of life decisions and choices. In this course, Fran DeMaris leads a robust discussion of this growing asset class and the tough decisions encountered during the estate planning process.
