The Certified Corporate Trust Professional® is a certification for professionals working in Corporate Trust activities in the public and private sectors. It is based on an established set of industry-wide competencies that cover the concepts, rules, regulations, laws, and standard operating procedures that the candidate should be proficient in the corporate trust field.

For Regulators: The CCTP® is evidence of your ongoing commitment to comply and stay up-to-date with regulations. This designation serves as a common understanding of the concepts, rules, regulations, laws, and standard industry operating procedures.
Qualifications to apply for CCTP®
- Three years of industry experience and a four-year degree from an accredited college or university
OR - Five years of industry experience
OR - An equivalency exemption from the CCTP® Board of Standards
(other industry certification holders in good standing may be considered)*
Requirements to earn the CCTP®
- Complete Cannon's Corporate Trust School
- Complete the CCTP® application
- Submit a Letter of Recommendation
- Agree and sign the CCTP® Professional Ethics and Code of Conduct Standards
- Pay the CCTP® exam fee
- Pass the CCTP® exam
