Technical Specifications

The Essentials of Insurance eLearning course is built to deliver efficiently across different network architectures and speeds. The courseware utilizes built-in browser caching capabilities to download content to the client workstation for efficient performance. The course is compliant with SCORM 1.2 standards but can easily be converted to meet the AICC Level I API requirements.

Workstation requirements are as follows:

• Pentium-III or higher at 500-750MHz (minimum)
• 1024x768 resolution setting for monitor (minimum)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer- v5.5, SP2 through v8.0
• Flash 7 Plug-in (ActiveX)
• Soundcard and speakers
• Pop-up blockers must be disabled or set to allow pop-ups

Cannon can support implementation of the courseware on your firm’s LMS, or you may elect to use Cannons’ hosted solution, utilizing the SumTotal 7 platform. Full administrative reporting including learner status and progress reports are available to the student and to the firm. Cannon has the expertise to support implementation and integration working with a firm's IT and training departments to ensure smooth delivery and minimum client support for the courseware.
