Technical Requirements

Any name brand computer with the following minimum specifications should provide excellent results.

  • Intel Pentium 4 or Pentium M Processor or better
  • 2.0 GHz or higher (3.0 GHz preferred)
  • 512M RAM or more
  • Video / Graphics Card – ATI or NVIDIA with 64K Memory or better
  • Internet Explorer 7 (or 8) Windows XP (or Windows 7) Operating System (MS Office a plus)

Notes on Broadband Networks

Optimum results can be achieved from homes / home offices with broadband connections to the Internet. Either cable modem or DSL connections work well.

For optimum results in a corporate or office environment, please check with your IT department for any firewall or proxy server restrictions.
