Cannon Financial Institute is proud to present the new Audio Series: CONCEPTS AND ANALYSES OF TRUSTS & ESTATE PLANNING, created for professionals in the financial services industry. The Audio Series consists of six CDs with over seven hours of valuable information. Each program outlines, presents and analyzes key Trust & Estate Planning rules and concepts in a “Rules and Issues Lecture” section. This is followed by “Key Questions and Conversation” between the program facilitators highlighting and discussing specific areas of ambiguity or common misperceptions, and directing the listener to the appropriate conclusion.

The Audio Series can be used in one of three unique ways. One approach is to simply listen (and re-listen) to the rules and issues lectures and use the series as a technical review and reference guide. A second approach is to use the “Key Questions Conversation” to obtain the insight needed to respond to potential client questions. The third approach is to simply enjoy the lecture and question and answer series as a whole and refresh your knowledge, while traveling, while at home or at your office. This program has been submitted for review to the CFPTM Board of Standards, the Institute of Certified Bankers and to the National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy for credit approval toward the following certifications:

  • CFP™ Certified Financial Planner
  • CTFA™ Certified Trust and Financial Advisor
  • Certified Public Accountant CPA
