Solutions/On Campus/Courses - Securities Operations I, II, III

Securities Operations I, II, III is a course of study designed to explain the securities marketplace, how banks, trust companies, and investment managers function independently of each other and how they are connected. Courses are not categorized as basic, intermediate, or advanced but rather build upon each other in depth and scope. Therefore, Securities Operations I is not an introductory course and should not be substituted for industry tenure. While successful completion of all three sequential sessions prepares graduates for the Certified Securities Operations Professional™ (CSOP™) exam, this is not an exam preparation course. Students study the areas of the securities marketplace and regulation thereof, types and uses of financial instruments, products and services offered, securities processing, and industry utilities.
