Client Interaction Skills is the application of the knowledge and skills learned in CWS® I.  Students will spend most of the two days implementing the techniques needed to effectively execute client conversations and the skills to attend to the financial issues faced by High Net Worth clients. Completion of the self-study modules is key to maximizing success during this course.
