Avoid the Common RC-T Mistakes

The ubiquitous Schedule RC-T which all OCC, FRB, FDIC and many state-only supervised trust departments and trust companies are required to file quarterly has been with us since December 31, 2001. However in those 15 years the form continues to suffer from many incorrect, inaccurate or inconsistent answers to the various data elements required.

Regulators have been spending a significant amount of time in examinations reviewing your RC-T submissions - and, unfortunately, seem to be finding problems quite regularly.

This webinar will take on the task of discussing the most common of these errors in an attempt to assist participants and their organizations from repeating those same mistakes going forward. Continued errors will expose the preparers to criticism from management, trust committees, boards, compliance, audit and regulators. The errors can also result in the regulators requiring restatement and potentially civil money penalties.

The presenters will share the findings that they have gathered from years of experience with the Schedule RC-T forms and provide the audience with their recommendations to avoid future mistakes.

This Webinar is designed for Trust or Bank CFO's, Trust Operations Managers, Trust Department Managers, controllers or anyone tasked with providing information for the Trust departments Schedule RC-T. (Registration Required)
