	Tina Harkness Instructional Designer Cannon Learning Solutions tharkness@cannonlearning.com Area of Expertise: Tina designs and develops content for e-Learning courses, blended learning solutions, and custom projects. Her responsibilities include instructional design, collaborating with clients and subject matter experts, course writing and curriculum design, participating in video shoots, and providing technical support for CLS custom projects and Cannon LiveOnline™ sessions.


	Kevin Hofele Director of Development Cannon Learning Solutions khofele@cannonlearning.com \| 706-353-3806 Area of Expertise: Kevin oversees all product development activities and technical support for CLS e-Learning courses and custom projects. He is the lead e-Learning product developer and an e-Learning interoperability and integration specialist (AICC & SCORM). Kevin is also the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, managing all related activities and providing Tier I technical support.



	Steve Hollis Senior Vice President Learning Design and Development shollis@cannonfinancial.com Area of Expertise: Steve manages the production and delivery of Cannon’s In-House program materials, including project assignment and collaboration between clients, Program Managers, and Instructors for program development and quality control. He also designs, develops, and manages customized training programs for In-House clients, as well as the instructor-led training components of the CWS® Certification program.



	Cindy Hooper Product Marketing Manager/Development Consultant Marketing/Schools chooper@cannonfinancial.com \| 706-389-7647 Area of Expertise: Cindy is the Product Markeing Manager for Cannon's Certified Wealth Strategist® certification and our Estate Planning Teleconference Series. She also serves as our Development Consultant, advising clients about our professional development solutions, On-Campus courses, and On-Demand programs.



	Jennifer Jordan Receptionist Support receptionist@cannonfinancial.com \| 706-353-3346 Area of Expertise: Jennifer greets visitors, handles incoming calls, and performs general administrative duties. She also assists other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and research.



	Jane Mann Travel and Logistics Coordinator Support jmann@cannonfinancial.com \| 706-389-7646 Area of Expertise: Jane supervises all travel arrangements for Cannon's instructors and staff. She coordinates iteneraries and processes special logistics requests. She also issues airline tickets and handles ticket refunds.



	Daniel Manske Product Manager Cannon Learning Solutions dmanske@cannonlearning.com \| 706-353-3806 Area of Expertise: Dan develops CLS e-Learning courses and provides support for Learning Management System (LMS) operations, LiveOnline™, Adobe Connect, and the CLS UNIX server. Dan also manages Cannon’s Study Guides and publications, including updates, printing, sales, and fulfillment.



	Thomas Murray Director of e-Learning Strategy Cannon Learning Solutions tmurray@cannonlearning.com Area of Expertise: Tommy oversees all product management and instructional design and development activities for CLS e-Learning courses and custom projects. He consults with clients, collaborates with subject matter experts, serves as lead designer for all e-Learning products, and manages video, casting, and graphics vendors. Tommy also supports On Site Sales with e-Learning and Blended Learning proposal writing and product demonstrations.
